Ryan Lepird

Ryan’s more than 20 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry assures he will give his clients the personalized banking experience they need. His past work as a Private Client Banker and Small Business Specialist has given him the tools to provide an excellent and knowledgeful banking experience for his clients and the ability to develop and cultivate those relationships over time.

Ryan is a lifelong Fort Wayne resident and graduated from North Side High School before attending Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. In his spare time, he volunteers with Junior Achievement and participates as a volunteer coach with youth sporting leagues, currently at the Wallen Baseball complex.

Akeim Kelsaw

Akeim started his career with STAR in March of 2017 at our Service Center as a Personal Banker in our Customer Solutions/Video Banking department. While at the Service Center, Akeim was able to familiarize himself with many of the people that help to make up our STAR teams. In July of 2017, he made the move to the Coventry Branch where he became a full time, Personal Banker II. While there, he built relationships and gained the trust of many of his clients through the financial knowledge he provided them.

In his spare time, he manages a successful cleaning company and helps run a fall basketball league at Sport ONE. He also enjoys working out and training others that share his love of fitness. He loves spending time with his family and traveling whenever he gets the opportunity.

Donna Cope Lory

Donna has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry providing solutions for deposits, lending and investment to residents and businesses in the surrounding Indianapolis markets. Her clients appreciate her knowledge and commitment to delivering solutions.

Donna works with area doctors who benefit from her knowledge and experience in acquisitions, start-ups, equipment lending, financial planning, investments and residential mortgages. With having a team of market professionals, Donna’s clients appreciate the relationships she builds to serve everyone involved. Donna lives and serves clients in the Greenwood market as well as the surrounding Indianapolis and Fort Wayne areas. Using STAR’s technology, along with her out-of-the-box approach, she is just a video call away from creating a plan for your next venture.

Active in the community, Donna supports and lends her time to several community organizations and causes, including Gennesaret Free Clinics, Tim Tebow’s Night to Shine, Hope Center Indy and Junior Achievement. She also enjoys traveling, biking, boating, and spending time with her family.

Hendricks has more than 30 years of experience in banking. Prior to joining STAR, she served as a Client Advisor working with high net worth individuals and business owners. Her STAR clients benefit from her vast knowledge and experience in consumer loans, financial planning, investments, and residential mortgages. She serves STAR clients in the Indianapolis area from STAR’s location on Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis.

Hendricks attended Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. She is a long-time volunteer at Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, Junior Achievement and Habitat for Humanity. She is a lifelong resident of Indianapolis.

Brittainy is experienced in the banking industry, providing deposit, lending and investment solutions to individuals in Allen County. Her private clients appreciate her market knowledge and commitment to delivering an exceptional banking experience.

Active in the community, Brittainy supports and lends her time to several community organizations and causes, particularly breast cancer awareness. She also enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her family.

Brittainy received her bachelor’s degree in financial counseling and planning from Purdue University, and studied abroad while working for a wealth management firm in Sydney, Australia.

Courtney Lloyd

Courtney Lloyd has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry - including 15 years at STAR providing deposit, lending and investment solutions to residents and businesses in the Indianapolis and Hamilton County area.

Her private clients appreciate her emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service. Her goal is to provide a true personal banking relationship for clients, the busy professionals, and bring banking to them. She is their financial concierge and her clients know she is accessible at any time to help with all of their financial inquiries.

Courtney is active in the community and lends her expertise by volunteering her time outside of the office to OneZone Chamber of Commerce. She also volunteers as a youth coach for the Boys & Girls Club. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from the University of Toledo. While attending college, Courtney played on the women’s basketball team and has been inducted into their Hall of Fame.

Courtney resides in Noblesville with her two sons and loves nothing more than cheering them on in all of their activities. In her spare time she and her family are likely in the gym playing, coaching, or watching basketball, which remains a passion. Courtney also loves to read and watch a great movie or TV series.
